Thank  you for choosing Gum Property Inspections.

After you have placed your order you will receive an automated E-Mail confirming your order went through.

Within 24 hours you will receive an E-Mail and/or phone call from our office confirming the day, time and price of your inspection.

No orders are firm until our office has confirmed the day and time of the inspection with you via E-Mail or phone.

No orders placed via the internet with less than 24 hours notice will be accepted.  If you need an inspection within 24 hours please call our office at (618) 345-3300 and leave a message, we will return your call as soon as possible.  I promise you we will due or best to accommodate your needs.

You can use this form to order any one or both of the services offered:

Home Inspection, Radon Test.

Simply fill out the form Order Inspections and click suibmit then fill out the form Property Information and click Next we will confirm the inspection date and cost with you within 24 hours.

You can pay for your inspections online with a major credit card, or at the inspection site with a major credit card, check or cash.
